An exciting opportunity has arisen within Putter Chaos to join our Middlesbrough team. We are a new indoor golf leisure experience company who have expanded from a successful chain of escape rooms.
• To welcome participants of the indoor golf experience and ensure their safety whilst playing.
• Serve refreshments to the participants.
• Monitor the flow of game traffic.
• Take phone and face to face bookings.
• Contribute to the marketing team with social media photos and posts.
• Ensure site is tidy, working and correct.
Full training will be provided however we are looking for you to have the following skills:
You need to be a confident individual who is comfortable speaking in front of groups of people and holding their attention. Ideal candidates will have a background and experience within customer service.
You must have an excellent grasp of English and be able to communicate it well. Someone who can look after the clients and pay attention to their needs. Able to read the audience and interact with them to suit their personalities, helping them feel comfortable and relaxed
We could potentially open from 9am to Midnight, 7 days a week depending on our bookings. You need to be flexible and keen to work evenings and weekends also.
We use a booking system and various audio/visual equipment, and we need applicants to be comfortable with basic computer tasks and willing to learn to use the new systems/processes.
